Ambience is really nice. You can enjoy a beautiful view of Ganga through the glass wall. Air conditioning was poorly maintained. Food was really below average. Kashmiri polao was tasteless. Chicken varta was disappointing. Cold coffee had granular sugar in it and was watery. Price was far too high. Apart from the ambience, nothing else is worth a visit. Ratul Ghosh
