Went in after a movie at carnival for dinner. The place can accommodate 20-30 people at one go, the staff is cooperative and attentive. They serve a welcome drink based of litchi in ice made short glasses, liked that concept.Ordered a dosa chat which was fried idly chanachur, beetroot, mayo and Cilantro spread all over, it’s definitely huge but didn’t get the chat wala feel in it.Also tried a cheese burst dosa which had no cheese, literally no cheese just a beet root masala dosa topped with too much mayo, didn’t like that dosa from the first bite itself. Guys, mayo is not equal to cheese. The filter coffee I ordered with my dosa was good. The quantity is good though, and filling, will try other varieties again to see if they are better fusion dosa’s.

Ice glassWhich was goodThe items were unique but still it had its southindian tasteThe servers were great one thing i want to say that even though they serve u south indian cusine with twist but still their chutney and sambhar was one of the best i had in kolkataOverall good place and must try for south indian food lovers

Situated in the 4th floor of Carnival Mall, Chennai Square is a veg South -Indian Restaurant serving various south indian dishes, but with a twist . I visited this place with my friends and had a gala time there. The place has a beautiful ambience and amazing staffs. Even the price of the food is quite reasonable. In love with their food. Would surely love to visit again.Items I had:•Mysore Malgapodi Idli•Paper Masala Dosa•Lemon Rice Platter (recommended)•CS Cold Coffee•Cheese Burst Dosa(recommended)
South Indian specialist. This place is a gem for South Indian food. I home delivered cheese onion masala dosa with special chutneys added on.The dosa was pretty huge and loaded with a lot of cheese inside. There were sambar , coconut chutney , raw Mango chutney and the best part was the kokum chutney pink in color. The dosa was soggy and had no amount of crispiness even though it was packed in a fine box . The packaging is really good. The masala filling is yummy as well. The price range is too much as it is a simple dosa. I would request them to lower the prices to make it more affordable for all the potential customers to flock in more often.
