Yesterday I had ordered this place. The packing was horrible. I think if they have food license it should be cancel. Nasty food. My order was North Indian non veg combo they sent jeera rice with cilly chiken. Unprofessional and main cheating are doing by zomato. They are allowing this kind of restaurant with them for some commissions. They are not taking the complaint as serious because they knows it. I would suggest to my friends don’t order with them.

Only the momos and the chilli chicken of this restaurant is good and rice was not good but not bad also packaging was good and on time delivery
ordered Egg gravy noodles online from this outlet.It was really disheartening.The quantity was sufficient,but the quality wasn’t.There wasn’t taste at all.It seemed to be some boiled soup with egg in it.Gravy noodles should be really tasty,but Raikas couldn’t prepare it properly!
Avoid ordering food online, from this restaurant at all cost. Even if you have to get food delivered when you are wasted, look past this restaurant and sleep on an empty stomach.Ordered Veg Hakka Noodles with Chilly chicken and Chinese Mixed Veg somewhere around 10:45pm. The restaurant accepted the order and after one and a half hour, the food was still being prepared. After getting in touch with Zomato support, they said that it was due to peak time rush or due to the dish that was ordered.My question is that if that was the case, then why did the restaurant accept the order when it was aware that the order could not be delivered before 2 hours. That is what happened. The order got delivered at 1pm.The basic understanding of any restaurant operating at late night is that if anybody is ordering food at that time, they are either in a hurry or there is some emergency. If they are aware that it would take such time, they could easily decline the order and save everyone the trouble. Isn’t that how business works!! Understand your target customer and what they want!!Anyway, Zomato’s delivery guy was impeccable on timing and attitude. Kudos to him. The one star is for the Zomato delivery.Other than the unimaginable late food preparation time, the food was average, the packing was a disaster and overall, the restaurant is nothing better than the open eateries you find on the streets. At least, they know the schedules.Beware! Now, that I’ve given an honest reaction and nearly neutral review, order from this restaurant at your own risk.
