Honestly speaking, this place is quite hard to locate as the outside of the Sojourn Hotel does not have any sign boards signifying its presence on the second floor.Ambience is decent and on a darker and less illuminated side.Food prices are apt with regards to the quantity served.By the way the food prices are INCREASED than the ones presently depicted on the Zomato menu.!Have only tried out the Oriental cuisine of which some must try include :1. Fish Orly2. Chicken Steak sizzler3. Sliced chicken in any choice of sauce4. Prawn tempura5. Chinese chopsueyA must visit for a peaceful evening of dining out.

Was there for dinner with the family. Decent ambience, extremely courteous staff, acceptable prices, prompt service and tasty food – could not have asked for more. The kids had Indian (butter nan with Karhai Murg), while the wife and I stuck to Chinese (Tripe sezchwan rice with Kung pao Chicken). Quantity was generous, in fact, we ended up asking for a doggie bag to carry the leftovers.All in all, worth a visit anytime. Intend to be back soon.
This restaurant has been one of my favourite for the last 7-8 years due to a number of reasons like they don’t compromise ever on the quality of food that they serve, their ambience is pretty sophisticated which i like and the fact that they serve variety of cuisines which include Continental, Chinese and North Indian. Yesterday i visited this place after 4 years and i was not disappointed yet again for choosing this place to have dinner with my family. Although the interior decor has changed a little bit, but the food tasted as good as it tasted years back. We ordered their chicken tikka kebab in starters and for main course, we ordered Butter Nan, Chicken Tandoori Tikka Butter Masala, Chicken Kali Mirch and Peas Polao. Each and every item tasted really good, specially their two chicken gravy items which we ordered in the main course. The only slight let down was their service, which has been a bit slow over the years and it hasn’t changed much. Apart from that it was a satisfying dine in experience and is highly recommended from my end.
This is one such place where by the resturaunt doesnt look very good..there weren’t many customers..i felt the food too might not be worth it..but i turned out to be really nice! Baby corn was super crispy..the veg au gratin was very creamy!! Black dal and butter naan were also great! Overall if the resturaunt works on its looks..it will become the busiest place in salt lake!
Flambé is an underrated restaurant in Kolkata. Located in The Sojourn in Sector 3, it has a pleasing environment and location. Built in old style, the ambience is just right. Coming to the menu, they have great North Indian food. So, we went there for a 4 course North-Indian dinner and had a hearty meal.Our order:Soup: Green Pea ShorbaStarters: Chicken hara kababMain course: Murg Kasturi, Butter Nan, Jeera rice, Yellow dal butter fryDessert: Hot fudge brownieThe food was great. The staff was courteous. A great experience.
