Had the worst experience of my life today that too at such a food joint who claims to be part of the famous Moti Mahal chain from Delhi. We ordered Stuffed Chicken Tangdi Kebab, Butter Chicken and Naan. Post placing the order, we were told it will take around 20 minutes to serve the same. But the actual food came around 40 minutes later that too after a couple of follow ups, please note we were the only customer to be served here (and now I understand why). The tangdi kebab was good till we almost finished it, you can see visible blood inside the same (photo attached) making it obvious that the chicken wasn’t cleaned properly. The butter chicken had 4 big pieces of chicken (with bone), another disaster – the chicken was too dry to gulp down. The only breather was the Naan – decent one. Would like to also mention the behaviour of the lady at the counter with a constant irritated look on her face and she kept us telling constantly that these kind of orders take time and her tone wasn’t polite at all. Please visit this place at your own risk.
