Cake By Pooja – A great homebaker serving quality cakes in the city of joy! =====Intro: I was delighted to receive a pack of cakes, cookies and jar as a celebration on completion of 2 years of Cake by Pooja. Though, i have never done a takeaway from here.=====What i got in the box: • Soft Gooey Fudge Brownie – The brownies were excellent and quite soft. I really relished it. • Mini Loaf Cake – It was also one of their signature items and must say it was excellent. It is marble pound cake decorated with hand piped sugar flowers. • I got two cake jars -Lemon Scented Vanilla Cake blended with lemon white chocolate buttercream and lemon curd – It was so smooth and absolutely stunning to taste. I would highly recommend on this one. It was more like a balanced thing and was not overtly sweet as well. Chocolate Cake layered with chocolate buttercream and ganache – The Chocolate cake was fine too. Though, i am not a chocolate lover. People who love chocolates will surely relish on this one. • Cookies – Choco chip cookie with nutella, red velvet cookie and triple chocolate cookie – It were all quality cookies. =====Conclusion:I would surely recommend this bakery because of the quality products they serve and my favorite would be the lemon scented vanilla cake jar. =====Unbiased review based on my eating experience. delishcherishrelish.com
