A beautiful decorated cafe with wonderful ambience. For book lovers this is a perfect place. Reading books while having your coffee. We ordered Mediterranean Platter with assorted dips and Shirred Eggs. Both didn’t impressed me.I felt both dished lacked their flavours.Hope so they improve as this place is very good to spend time with their friends or over your favourite books.
Friday afternoon had a forecast of rain. The skies were gray. Despite this Malini Banerjee and I met at Potboilers for a chat. The café is spacious and has cosy nooks set up where one can read or work on a laptop. There are bookshelves full of books and board games. The balcony overlooks Triangular Park and this being winter, it had the most exquisite bare tree outside it which sent us into paroxysms of joy. We ordered one tartine each. My ricotta tartine was a bit too smelly and a tad bitter for my taste. The avocado one was tangy and sprightly. The Sichuan chicken tenders were not at all spicy and mostly made of chicken skin, which I detest. The Mocha that I ordered was decent, as was the Oreo ice-cream.I would like to come back for the ambience alone and I sincerely hope that I enjoy what I order the next time around.
Very bad experience
All book lovers must visit this place. They have a mini library, from there you can just grab a book and read while drinking your coffee.I ordered invitation of bonfire-Highly recommened.Mad hater’s party and capuccino was a complimentary. One thing is they don’t come and take your order. You’ve order at their counter.
Yet another aesthetic cafe ticked off my bucket list. Started off 2020 with this one, and I must say I wasn’t disappointed. This place will cater to your green needs, and the soft cozy corner will let you relax amidst the hustle bustle of the city. Staff is too polite and food is customizable. Price wise this is quite an affordable place. Food quality and quantity both were much satisfactory to me. I’d highly recommend you to spend sometime in here and you’ll fall in love with all the serenity!
Spent the Christmas eve in this place. Immediately fell in love with everything. The ambience is beautiful. There are a variety of food options to choose from. Though the staff were very helpful and polite, the service was a bit slow, it can be better. This café got all the ingredients I prefer (great ambience, great food, great staff) and is one of the best cafés I’ve visited. Highly recommended.
Absolutely magical place! As soon as you walk in, the cafe and it’s vibe takes over you. Lots of glass windows and doors, a walkway around the outside of the cafe with a clean, green view of the surrounding trees and the vibrant-yet-minimalistic decor of the place make it extremely pleasant and charming. Such character and positivity!I managed to catch only their Masala Chai as I was in a rush – which was perfect ghar wali chai. Since they served the sugar on the side, I was at liberty to make it as sweet as I like. Their staff is super nice too and the service efficient.Definitely going to head back to this beautiful place and give their food a go – have been hearing tonnes about their pancakes and eggs!
