Over the last few years, food outlets of Kolkata has introduced a number of cuisines previously we had no idea of. Some have grown extremely popular and seen a number of small outlets serving that very cuisine. Lebanese or Schwarma wrap(with a mexican origin but a frying method similar to the middle east) is one such cuisine. And,in recent times,it has almost been part of the street food culture of the city.I personally love Lebanese and this place nails it. Undoubtedly. Chicken schwarma roll at 120 is not only a great value for money both quality & quantity wise.. it was also enjoyed by most people who hadn’t tasted it before. Their schwarma combo at 200 which has one Schwarma roll, one schwarma salad and one grilled chicken(with onions and pudina) is economical, filling and totally worth the bucks. The area where they can improve is probably the Chinese food. Their chopseuy is okayish, their Cantonese noodles I thought, could have been better and their hakka Chowmein is also okayish. Crispy chicken is pretty good though. The prices are mostly standard prices and pretty reasonable. They also don’t charge any additional tax. Their ambience has nothing much to boast off, normal seating area of about 10-15 people and quite spacey. Will surely visit their places and keep trying their Lebanese dishes. Also, may taste their other Chinese dishes if they improve the quality a little bit.
They have been here since the beginning of the sawarma craze in the city.I have had from them a few times. I don’t know why exactly but somehow they failed to satisfy my tastebuds. I have had better from outlets nearby. I tried their sawarma roll and sawarma salad.
Its a good place for having food.ambiance is good.food quality is also good..staffs are well behaved.over all is a good place and also a place where you can have lunch and dinner with good variety.
