Long awaited visit to this authentic asian destination.A small and lovely joint with an authentic asian ambience. We opted for the much heard non veg sushi boat which contained prawn, squid, octopus, basa to name a few.The sushi boat will be on the process right in front of your eyes.it is a delight to watch the boat in the making.Next we opted for the chicken meifoon along with panfried basa which was quite awesome.Last but not the list we opted for a coconut pumpkin dessert which was heavenly.i could not have asked for more and that too at such a pocket friendly rate.
Well furnished and quality food. but you should ask before you place the order. there we were four and none of us liked the taste of the chiken miso soup. after that we know that this is a completely oil free boiled preparation. anyways the noodles was awesome and crispy fried prawn was extremly good. this is an ideal resturent for familly go out.
This place has a very cosy ambience and is well decorated. The food here is delicious and the quality standard was maintained even during pujo.We hadSalmom sushi(recommended)Ayam Madhu(diced chicken in sweet and spicg sauce, definitely recommended)Thai golden curry( served with a portion of steamed rice it has a very similar taste to that of bengali chicken curry)The staff were courteous and the service was quick
It’s a small restaurant with only 6-7 tables so we had to wait for our turn. Food was served quite fast and they have a live sushi counter where you can see your sushi getting prepared. Overall the food taste was good and quantity was also good for two people.
The place is located in the lane of Priya Cinema. I tried sushi for the first time because I had always heard mixed reviews about the dish. They made the sushi in front of us. We ordered Salmon sushi and it tasted amazing. For mains, we had roasted lamb in chilli oyster sauce, noodles and for desserts we had darsaan with vanilla ice cream and brownie with vanilla ice cream. Apart from the place being less spacious, everything was loved by me.
Wasabee now at Deshapriya Park,Kolkata. This Pujo dine at Wasabee if you are being to South for Pandal Hopping!Whether you’re looking for sushi shrines or a full-blown Nasi spread, Wasabee is the place to be. And with it opening a new outlet closer to Deshapriya Park, we no longer have to ‘shashimy’ our way to the far fringe of the city!Wasabee’s live sushi station will, instead, keep your taste buds and your curiosity piqued. The Tori Tempura Maki Chicken sushi or Temaki Sake(Salmon) orr Uramaki Ebi or Asparagus Nigri will do no harm to your sushi-induced umami. Also if Japanese cuisine isn’t up your alley, there’s also the mish mash of other South East Asian specials from Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Mayanmar.Everything about this follow-up forty seater eatery will keep you coming back – from their minimalist interiors to the mellow flute music that wafts through the space or the Japanese painting and bric-a-brac that creates a curious atmosphere.
