Once upon a time this restaurant used to be one of the best restaurants in its surroundings.But I don’t know why they have been lacking both in taste and quality presently.Service has deteriorated and the food has become terrible. The price is not a problem though at least for this restaurant.Unfortunately this eatery has an enviable location,right on the B.T.Road but they have failed to cash on anything.Hopefully they can come over again against the odds.

I used to be at this restraurant in childhood. I remember the food is always amazing and my whole family loves it. They still talk about it though. The serving time is great and so is the ambience. As per I remember the lighting over the place is so cozy. Recommender.
One can only wonder how much can be wrong in a particular place. When it comes to Chaplin though, everything is bad with it. From its ambience, to its service, from its staff to its food, nothing about this place would make you want to visit it again.The place feels suffocating even when you’re the only one dining there at the time. The service is poor, staff not so friendly and the food is uninspiring. I ordered Mixed fried rice and chilli chicken here, it arrived after half an hour. My issue isn’t with the time (even though it should be), it’s with the fact that what was served after waiting for so much time wasn’t worth the wait.The fried rice tasted dull and the chilli chicken was worst among wherever I’ve ever tasted it. I’ve has better chilli chicken on street than what they serve here. It was not completely bad per se, it was just not good enough for a Chinese restaurant.Chaplin can boast of being the only dedicated chinese restaurant in the area, but nothing else about it inspire any kind of reputation out of it. I’d say people can visit here only if they want to have casual chinese and are unable to find a better option anywhere else.
This was our favourite food joint till we visited the place last week it’s a shadow of its past felt bad to find the restaurant empty but after dining there I know why it is so it is worse than a road side eatery can’t believe it
