Restaurant and its food quality are extremely pathetic. They don’t maintain proper hygiene. I visited the restaurant and their kitchen is extremely dirty. They don’t even wash the Vegetables properly. Such a poor quality of food. There is no doubt that people eating in this restaurant will surely suffer from some form of illness. I have also seen lizards and cockroaches roaming inside the wall of the restaurant. Moreover, the restaurant’s staffs were very rude, they were like if you want to eat then eat this or else get out of here. When I tried to complain and give feedback, instead of listening they were arguing with me.
Very pathetic. Worst ever experience in Kolkata. Ordered 2 roti and and egg Tadka at 8:47pm through Swiggy. It was mentioned that order will get delivered within 59 minutes. At 10:02 minutes food was not served their mindless rude customer service Excutive told me that it’s quite obvious that your order will get delayed by 10-15 minutes. When food came, another filthy experience. In egg Tadka no sign of dal and egg, only uncooked spices were there. Roti was dead cold and too hard to eat for human being.
