One of the oldest and popular sweet shops in Barrackpore located just opposite of Sukanta Sadan. They serve a variety of sweets at reasonable prices, taste is good. This is not a very elegant sweet shop to get 5* rating but surely this is the best in this Barrackpore locality.
If you r in Bengal you will find a sweet shop in every nook and corner.. This shopping is based in an apt location to attract people (near the Barrackpore stn). More people means more sale and more sale means not much of stocking is needed, hence, one can rely on its quality. The recipes are good, i have tasted most of them and they are decent.
Another old and average sweet shop in Barrackpore. Convenient location. Average quality but reasonable price. Have had different kinds of sweets from their shop over the years. Been there quite a few times during my school days.
Have been here a few times.bought rosogolla and sandesh rabri etc etc ,price is low compared to the other places nearby but the place is a bit unclean .so standing and eating is not an option for me.
