Very bad service they gave me hot dog instead of chicken tandoori
I ordered three truffle pastries for me and my sisters. The cake was moderate. However, there was a sharp edged hard plastic or glass like object inside one of the cake. I have attached the picture of the same.My younger sister was having the cake and suddenly while chewing she felt something hard and sharp object inside her mouth and then she took it out. To all our surprises the object was a hard plastic or glass like. This is way more dangerous to consume such product. Shame on the pastry shop to deliver food without proper check. We threw all the three cakes because we couldnt afford to take any more risks.Its surprising that zomato allows such unprofessional shops over here.Moreover, I called the shop owner to discuss about the problem but he seemed too much careless about the fact and ignored our report. He was behaving like it was none of their fault that I found this object inside their cake. He was showing attitude while I complained. Such a nice way to behave! When I asked him that what he could do to compensate for this bad food then he was telling me to go to his shop to receive the compensate and he himself cannot do anything. Worst service ever.One request to zomato – please remove this shop because their food can cause harm to people.
Have an harrowing experience with a food item ( chicken burger) ordered via Zomato. Same received in stale & rotten condition. Please be aware of buying product from it.
Ordered from swiggy. Pizza , keema bun , pasta.. tasted horrible. Don’t know what is was smelling like.. ugghhh.. pastries were the local pastries that we get but was better than the rest.. I will never reorder..
