Today I have ordered 4 piece of fried chicken from CRC where as I have received only one piece and I have paid entire amount of 172 Rupees. This is clear case of looting customer on this. The Restaurant is very unprofessional and extremely unethical carrying out there business. They are least bothered what customer has received . Even I had made a complain to Zomato but they have not given any resolution. Extremely dissatisfied with the CRC and the Zomato too.

Recently I have been hunting down a lot of burger outlets and there seems to be a lot of such outlets sprouting up in the bylanes of Kolkata. So I came across CRC situated on rippon street bang opposite the United Bank of India.There is no such ambience except the smell of fried chicken. There is a sitting area of exactly 10 people. The people are friendly. The things that I ordered are as follows:Chicken Cheese Burger: The bun is amazing and can rival kfc easily. Inside it was a decent spread of mayo and cheese with chopped lettuce and 1 piece of boneless fried chicken. It was really crunchy , juicy and tasted amazing. My problem was the packing. The use just butter paper and no aluminium foil. So it got cold by the time I got home and I had to re heat it. So if you are going to order a cheese burger you are probably not going to like it as the cheese will get hard and salty.Crispy fried chicken: The coating was identical to Kfc. They do not remove the chicken skin which keeps the chicken juicy. The flavoring of the chicken was however nowhere near Kfc. The just use chilli powder and hot sauce. Taste wise it ok at best it was really crispy and size of the piece was also perfect.Spicy hot wings: Basically the same as crispy fried chicken except these are smaller sized wings and again a lot of hot sauce.Masala french fries: Normal french fries tossed in chilli powder. Portion was quite adequate for the price. Crispy and soft at the same time. Liked it.Basically this place has a lot of potential and a lot of room for improvement. This place gives you a real bang for your buck.
