They make a bit of fuss when you are entering, I went there with my wife. Very bad service quality, the staff is not trained at all
Absolutely ridiculousWe were two couples who went around 1030 on July 27th. Cover charges in today’s world is unknown but we still agreed to pay 4000. On entering we saw the pub all empty .howeber they refused to give us even a standing bar table leave alone a sitting table. They said its all booked but no one at the gate while taking the amount mentioned that you won’t get even a standing table. They refused to even let us stand near the bar. Now the best part.. On seeing the bar menu we ordered for Antiquity blue but again they refused to serve mentioning that only the pouring brands are chivas 25yrs and black label. They said it dosent matter even if it’s there on the menu we will not Serve. The managers was extremely rude and disrespectful. Is this a way a pub operates in this competitive age. I am totally appalled by this kind of behavior.Not expected out of this brand.I’m so done and will definitely spread the word around for people Tobe careful
