My first time at Saffron , I was pretty pleased by the ambiance and interiors of the place . The aromatic candles added a wonderful soothing charm to the subtly lit place . The staff was very warm , courteous and helpful . They offered us a complimentary welcome drink and a complimentary welcome snack. We ordered their Kolkata mutton biriyani and butter chicken masala . The biryani was a burst of flavours , so perfectly balanced and melt-in-mouth pieces of mutton . The quantity was enough for two along with two large pieces of mutton , potato and a egg . The butter chicken was simply foodgasmic . The gravy was so smooth and tasted amazing . Though the prices are a bit on the higher end but considering it is The Park and the quantity , and quality and also given the fact that we unlocked zomato gold , it wasn’t that big a pinch. A memorable visit for sure and highly recommend .

This is one of the budget friendly meal I ever had in a 5 start hotel. Other than that the food were really good , the menu selection is nice and simple. The staff is very friendly. My overall experience is good.
One of the best place to try north indian dishes. The chiken starter was yummy, the polao and mutton were delicious as well. The ambience and the candle with rose petals were definitely pluses. The courteous and warm gestures of the staffs pleased us. Great visit for sure!
