  This zero decorated old Cabin is located just opposite of the Maniktala Market. I am living at Maniktala but I haven’t ever seen any crowd at this cabin from my childhood days till now. If you are gonna step here, first thing to be surprised is the person sitting at cashier just beside the door is dressed up like a 5 star restaurant cashier although later on you will find nothing 5 star over here. As per old cabin it definitely doesn’t offer any decorative fancy dining but for sitting there are number of places available.Coming to the food : They doesn’t actually care about their name Hyginic, so they make Tarka on the open road. But somehow they managed to make their Tarka pretty tasty. The Tarka is well fried in Amul Butter that makes this Tarka tastier so most of the Tarka & Roti lovers will love to eat. But the bad thing is the quantity per plate is so less that you can hardly enjoy 2 Tandoori Roties with it. If compare the quantity with the price then the prices over here are actually on the higher side. Other foods are very or below average over here.Conclusion : Maniktala is a place of Tandoori & Tarka lovers so a ton of Tarka makers are available over here too. With not so up to the mark quality & quantity this doesn’t get any special attention.

  If it was possible i had given a big ZERO. Its name is hygienic but believe me it is as unhygienic as it gets. The proprietor is as rude as it gets. I thing it will not survive very long.
