Recently visited this outlet and I would like to point out that the food served is good but the quantity is very averagish. I must tell that the food is really good but they should look after the quantity as well.
We were going for pandal hopping and took this shortcut to go to B P Dey street from N S Avenue. We chanced upon this quaint little place managed by a very efficient lady. This is basically a takeaway joint serving food items similar to KFC in a much lesser pocket pinch. We ordered the chicken hut special chicken burger. The bun was freshly baked and soft. The stuffing contained a generous slice of cheese, a chunk of chicken, leafy veggies and mayo. Food was good. Price was 100/- bucks. Will visit another day to taste the other chicken items.
Worst experience. I ordered Chicken Tikka Kebab. The taste of the food is not at all good. The chicken was not soft enough. I felt cheated. And it is over priced too. I will never recommend this.
Chicken Burger, Egg Burger aredecent. Virgin mojito is awesome. Overall a decent food joint.Delivary time is at about 20 minutes. That is fine too. The behavior of the staffs are excellent too.
I overlooked at the menu and Ordered grilled chicken piece thinking it’s 2 piece but it was just one leg. Along with it ordered 300 ml pepsi for 122. pepsi had ice which is good but smelled weird. However the chicken was good. But for one piece chicken it is too overpriced. Thus 1 star for being too over pricey.
I quite liked their food.As we do not have KFC in Serampore,the Chicken Hut tries to make up for that by providing different varieties of cooked chicken.I had chicken popcorn and and chicken cheese burger,and they tasted good!!the price is also quite reasonable.
