Mombasa is an age old restaurant near Dreamland Nursing home, Shyambazar. Sometimes it’s best to forget and left behind some old sentiments. Mombasa had passed its golden days and nothing to offer more. Old shabby seating arrangement in upper deck of the restro. 30 odd numbers can be accommodate at a time.We ordered mixed Gravy Chowmin and schezuan chicken. Gravy Chowmin was good very but completely sabotaged by mixing chicken liver. Never had chicken liver in Chowmin before and honestly speaking didn’t like it at all. Chicken liver single handedly ruined our entire food. Secondly schezuan chicken was no were near its authentic taste. May be the cook was preparing the dish for the first time. May be heard of the dish for the first time too.The restaurant was closed for a long time. Wished it should have stayed like that forever. Waste of money.
