Considering Moti Mahal branches have such a massive name to live up to, it can get too much to please everyone. However, the Siliguri one was such a massive disappointment. Terrible Kadai Paneer and insanely spicy with literally red chili powder doused in the entire dish. The dal makhani was a little better than the paneer but both the items tasted like nothing but a lot of red chillies. Moti Mahal really needs to step up their quality here. We took these items for takeaway and the service was fast but the quality of food was a joke.

The food was really good when it had just opened ..but I can’t say the same anymore ..I used to enjoy the daal makhani here but my last meal here was a let down the daal makhani was sweet more like a butter chicken gravy ..was disappointed..
This is the best destination in Siliguri for Mughlai Food particularly Butter Chicken with Naan. Dal Makhni and Chicken Biriyani are another outstanding dishes. Moti Mahal’s dishes are very popular anywhere in the country. Their taste even today is wonderful . They have maintained it very well. I highly recommend this place.
Lovely place for authentic Indian food – tried the vegetarian and non-vegetarian kebab platter, each item was prepared with a lot of love and care, and was extremely delicious. Definitely a must visit place if you’re in or around Siliguri. Five stars!
