Veg frankie (₹80) – cooked potato and onion filling, well cooked and very less oil.Tawa roti (₹15) – absolutely feels like home made chapatis topped with little ghee to keep it soft. Decent size too.Chola masala (₹110) – Decent portion size, no extra oil floating on top like regular restaurants, tasted like homely chole ki sabzi.I cant make out whether it was 100% fresh or not. Hence wont comment on it.Overall, a good place for ordering when you are tired of eating unhygienic oily foods from traditional restaurants.Since I am a foodie and have been ordering from a quite long time now when swiggy and zomato started their business, here are a few suggestions for the owner -1. Do mention the filling, or a brief description of the item below the item name in the online menu. It helps while ordering. You may explore other restaurants menu for reference2. Keep reading the description like you always do and follow it as far as possible. It keeps the customer happy and loyal.3. You can add traditional condiments which people are habituated to have. For example – onion & lemon with chola masala.4. Must introduce small combos like tawa roti + one sabzi (mention the name of sabzi) + rice. In thalis, name of sabzi isnt mentioned. I understand its because of your kitchen discipline , hence you can introduce additional combos suggested above. You can make amazing variations in these. Must check other home made restaurants menu in Kolkata and other cities. Also, add your business on google. Your name doesnt show up there. Tripadvisor a good platform too.Cheers.You can try ordering from here Ishwar Goel
