I took a parcel from this restaurant and they provided rotten food with very bad smell. Don’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. And with this the staff behaviour is also very bad when I asked for replacement. This restaurants needs to get banned.
We ordered chicken biriyani.What we got is 2 pc gravy chicken with biriyani rice.No potato which is an integral part.When inquired they said they don’t serve it.The quantity was also quite less.Requested finger bowl as it was served to everybody but they said to use washbasin.Might be they provide it above a certain order quantity.Provided a bottle of mineral water saying that as aquaguard is not working so this bottle is provided.When asked if its from the restaurant they said its chargeable.I don’t know if these type of stupid antics are only for puja season or the quality of this restaurant is like this only.We used to have good food from here during our college days quite sometime back but I think over the years they are not able to handle the competition from other restaurants like a branch of a local famed restaurant DADA BOUDI which came just at a stone throw distance from it.Very sorry state of attitude and food quality.Seems like they might not see the next puja at this location.
