This is a newly opened food joint near 45 bus stand with a huge collection of North Indian foods. They are having a kebab festival in this month, from their festival menu we tried Mutton Gilafi kebab which is basically minced mutton keema roasted in seekhs. It is a recommended item. Then we opted for their chicken biriyani and rara mutton. Rara mutton is basically made up with mutton keema along with mutton pieces. Overall I liked their behaviour and service towards their customers. Experience was good.
As we all know that Bengalis are always fond of festival so here in Desi Chullah We meet an another festival that is Biriyani and Kebab Festival that will be running upto 31 st December.Location- This lip smacking food joint is located near BRWS hospital , Patuli. Just take the opposite lane of biriyani Ink and then take right and you will find this place.Now let’s talk about the main attraction:Hara Bhara kebab— I personally always prefer nonveg kebab. But here I found something very special in veg kebab section that was hara bhara kebab. This was so soft and taste was extremely good. I had tried this kebab at so many places but never found this kebab as much good as like in Desi Chullah I found.Murg Malai- hearing this word the first thing came into mind that is chessyness overloaded. Yesss it was perfect combination with malai. Malai was perfectly melted on it and also with this it perfectly melted our heart and mind.Achari paneer– The tangy achari flavour with the taste of kebab was quite mouthwatering. The portion of paneer was worth mentioning and the quality of panner was so good to make this dish my most favourite.Mutton biriyani– like in every dishes this place Desi Chullah has been giving a glimpse of its speciality from starter to main course and everywhere.Here I had introduced to their special white biriyani. Yesss Mind it the biriyani is white that doesn’t mean it tastes blunt. This white biriyani was so good and quite remembering. The portion of rice, mutton, was just perfect and it was also served along with egg and aloo. Aloo was so soft and the biriyani just won my heart.Chaa- Yesss after finished the biriyani I got to know that in the evening they also serve chaa from 5.00 pm to 7.00 pm. I’m a big tea lover person so here I liked theri elachi tea very much.Over all a good experienceA Must reccomended place.Service was quite good and prompt.Staffs were well behaved and polite.

After Durga Puja Festival kebab Festival is the most intresting thing. Right?Location – It in patuli Near BRWS Hospital. Take the lane just beside a small park opposite of Biryanishq in patuli.The place is very small but well decorated with jute interior & beautiful candeliers. The place can accomodate 10-15 people at a time.So what I have from this special season -1. Malai Murg – As the name indicates it must be something cheesy & cremy well it actually goes. The chicken was marinated with spices & curd then roasted in tandoor perfectly with butter brush. On the top it has a chessy layer served with pudina chutney.2. Hara Bhuna Paneer (Special Kebab) – It’s a special veg kebab which is available in kebab festival only. The paneer used is of great quality because the kebab fully depends on that main basuc ingedrient. The paneer was marinatdd with coriander paste, spinach leaf paste, curry leaf & gram flour with curd. Atlast it’s been roasted & served hot in plate.3. Banjara Murg Tikka – This is actually prepared in pan where the chicken was marinated first with lot of indian spices & hang curd. After that it’s been tandoor in pan.4. Achari Mahi Tikka (Special Kebab) – The fish used while making this kebab was giving a little bit of smell but the achari flavour balanced it. It’s gives a tangy taste to your tongue.5. Chicken Dum Biryani – They have also introduced biryani in their menu & believe me they serve great biryani. May be the colour is white but taste is not blunt. Try once you will get the taste of it.Overall a great experience. Received a great hospitality from them. Pricing is very average.Go & have the best kebabs alone or with your loved ones. Foodies don’t need anything just food is required.
One of the best hidden gems in Garia hands down!The location is a bit tricky to find as google maps do a blunder.This restaurant is just at Garia Patuli connector, the second lane to the park consisting a chota bheem statue!This restaurant is a small comfortable place with exceptionally good food and courteous staff!The items we ordered wereMalai Murgh- one of the best tasting kebabs, complimented with cheese dip, the flavours were bang on.Mutton Keema Pulao- Aromatic pulao drenched with flavours of ghee and mixed with minced mutton, a tad rich but still would take your tastebuds to a trip!KaliMirchi Chicken- Was suggested by the staff that it would compliment the pulao and it was spot on! Soft succulent melt in your mouth chicken in a creamy gravy, really well made!The quantity is more than sufficient for two people!With Zomato Gold, the price does go easy on the pocket!Do visit this quaint little place and you won’t regret!
Desi chullah is located near 45petrol pump,opposite to BRWS hospital.They have seating arrangement of 10 people at once. This place is small but nicely decorated. They serves lip smacking north indian items.I had tried,Malabari paratha and kadhai chicken. Kadhai chicken was so good and prepared very well. Paratha was crispy from outside but soft from inside. I had also tried mutton keema pulao and mutton roganjosh. Both were amazing.Prices are afordable.
দেশি জিনিস দেশি ধরনে লিখতে ইচ্ছে হলো । এমন একটা জায়গার সন্ধান পেলাম যেখানে স্বাস্থ্যকর খাবারের সাথে স্বাদের কোনো ত্রুটি নেই । এক কথায় অনবদ্য স্বাদ । তার আসল কারণ হলো গুণমান তেল ও মশলার ব্যবহার । ডালডা বা নকল মশলার ব্যবহার হয়না । দামের দিক থেকে দেখলে সস্তা ই বলা যেতে পারে ।পাটুলির 45 নম্বর বাস স্ট্যান্ড এর সামনে অবস্থিত এই রেস্তোরাঁ । রেস্তোরাঁটি অত বড় না কিন্তু ছোট্টোর মধ্যে বেশ সুন্দর । রেস্তোরাঁর টেবিল চেয়ার যার বাকি কারুকার্য বেতের তৈরি ।খাবার যেটা সব থেকে বেশি আমায় মুগ্ধ করেছে । গন্ধরাজ ফিশ টিক্কা থেকে চিকেন কালি মির্চ । একটি আকর্ষণীয় খাবারের পদ দেখলাম যেটা হলো এগ লিফাফা । সব থেকে ভালো লেগেছে মালাই মুর্গ – জাস্ট অনবদ্য ।মালাই মুর্গ এর স্বাদ অতুলনীয় । চিকেন এর পিস গুলো এত নরম ছিল আর ক্রিমের ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে ওটা বোঝাই যাচ্ছিল । সত্যি অনেক দিন পর ওরকম কাবাব খেলাম ।গন্ধরাজ ফিশ টিক্কা টাও বেশ । তুলতুলে ভেটকি ফিলেট দিয়ে বানানো কাবাবটা সঙ্গে গন্ধরাজ লেবুর স্বাদ ।মোগলাই পরোটার ধরনে বানানো এই পদ । এখানে ময়দার ব্যবহার না করে বাইরের কোটিং ডিমের অমলেট দিয়ে করা। লিফাফা মনে খাম আর ওই আদলে বানানো পদটা । অমলেটের ভেতরে পুর ভরা সঙ্গে এক বাটি আলুর সবজি । মন্দ না !Main Course এ নিলাম ডাল মাখনি, চিকেন কালি মির্চ আর সঙ্গে জিরা রাইস আর বাটার নান । সব এ বেশ ভালো কিন্তু চিকেন কালি মির্চ টা খেয়ে মুগ্ধ ।
