This restaurant is one of the oldest restaurant among Garia area. When I was a kid, I use to go there with my parents. Also I went several times there at my younger age mostly with all my dates. This cozy little place is perfect for couples who wants to spent time together. Food is also reasonable. I use to try hot n sour soup evertime because it was my favorite. There was one more thing which I can’t miss in this restaurant that is chilli vinegar. Sounds weird but really I had chili vinegar with all the dishes whichever I ordered. This restaurant is really close to my heart cause it charish lots of memories with it.

Intro – This is a typical Bengali food joint located at the crossing of Garia Bazaar . No great ambience as this is a daily lunch type joint – however neat and clean and good for a good cost effective Bengali lunch ! Food :Well the thali comes with these included :A potion of rice , Dal , Sabji, Alu Bhaja , onion , chatni And they will ask you what fish/ chicken you want to have – I chose Tangra fish curry 4/5 Must say that the food was really fantastic .The dal tasted very good , so did the Sabji and the Tangra fish preparation was really nice Price – The packet pinch is just fantastic – All this at Rs 180/- with an extra serving of rice Overall – In a nutshell if you are hungry and want a good cost effective lunch and you are in that area it’s a good place to go 4/5
One of the oldest restaurant in Garia. It is cozy place decor is not at all that impressive. Food degraded with time. Very disappointed with the experience.
This used to be our favourite restaurant from childhood..served good fried rice and chilli chicken..but once found their plates little dirty after that didn’t try their food..now they have renovated their restro hope to visit there sometimes again
