About
Our food is designed to share; we source the best ingredients throughout Bali and Indonesia. We use cultivated plants grown especially for us, from heirloom seeds, as well as leaves and flowers coming from Pelaga & Bedugul regions. Our seafood is caught fresh daily from village fisherman, and our pastured meat, poultry, eggs and cheeses are sourced from small organic farms. This process is finding ingredients new & old and transforming them into a cuisine, then constantly reforming what we have with new ideas and cultural influences. These are the flavours of Helter Skelter.
