Chef Brian is from Jakarta where he trained earning his Diploma IV from the Trisakti Institute. Following his graduation, Brian worked in some of Jakartas leading restaurants including the highly acclaimed Amuz Gourmet French Restaurant prior to accepting a chefs position at the 5 Star Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa working alongside many international chefs. Chef Brians experience covers Western & Asian a la carte cuisines & banquets, he is a strong leader with an amazing attitude that captivates his staff & creates an eagerness for learning in his kitchen. Brian is highly motivated & has an abundance of creativity that appears on every plate. Chef Brian prides himself on innovative international cuisine & has not disappointed with extraordinary dishes presented with his engaging manner. You be the judge!
