The Grill Bar & Restaurants menu offers an international selection of favorite dishes from around the world. Our philosophy is all about serving fresh, tasty and creative food using as much locally available produce. We make our own flat bread, tortillas, burger buns, sauces, dips, dressings, desserts and ice cream. Grilled fresh fish is one of our house specialties and includes such favorites as Mahi-Mahi, Yellowfin Tuna and Barracuda which are all caught locally within the Amed area. Also featured is imported Australian beef; Ribeye and Rump, and BBQ Pork Ribs which are marinated in our original special Asian sauce. The menu also features a selection of fresh salads, wraps, pasta, different types of burgers and tacos. The bar has an extensive selection of drinks and cocktails, as well as wine, both by the bottle and also by the glass. Complimentary to all guests are bottles of chilled distilled water. Seating is available both inside and in the spacious back garden area.
