The Open House restaurant serves healthy cuisine that draws from local and international flavours. The building structure, overlooking the swimming pool, is of bamboo and "alang-alang" thatched roof, and the tables and chairs are made of recycle wood and iron. We emphasize on ambience, background music is alternative, Indie Rock, Blues or Country The open kitchen team is managed by Jerry, the executive chef, with a group of young and passionate chefs delivering top fresh quality food at affordable price. We hope to have the pleasure to welcoming you to this Balinese experience in the middle of Jimbaran bay, within-minute-walk from all the major hotels located in Jimbaran bay.
