Ombak is the first Zero Waste Cafe in Nusa Lembongan. We aim to get as close to generating no waste as we possibly can to keep this island beautiful and waste-free. This means that we do not have any single-use plastic items, compost our organic waste, try to purchase directly from suppliers to avoid unnecessary packaging, and recycle any plastic bottles or containers that we could not avoid.
