I will called it Babi Guling in international or modern way. They cooked the pork belly using oven instead of the traditional way. The pork skin is not the same as the traditional way but it is crunchy and tasty. Try, You won’t regret it.

I tried Babi Guling in many places but nothing was as tasty and clean as Babi Bagus. I love the idea of serving traditional Balinese food but try to offer high quality and clean food like a western restaurant. Definitely coming back, thank you guys!
Delicious that’s the summary. Crunchy skin roasted pork, sweet juicy sate lilit, tender pork, and lite refreshing soup. Perfecto ?Definitely gonna write it on my blog.
A small store, does not seem like much but the Babi special we had there was by the far the best in Bali! Enjoyed every single spoon and could definitely eat more than portions! The pork belly was also very good!
