Celebrating the eclectic and authentic flavours and natural beauty of Sidemen Valley, guests dining at Samanvayas Rice Barn can experience Indonesian cuisine alongside international dishes, with a strong focus on fresh, locally sourced, and in season ingredients. The detailed craftsmanship and details of the bamboo structure is a feast for the eyes, with its open air structure cocooning you whilst still also retaining a connection to the surrounding gardens and rice fields beyond. Our open air bar has spectacular views from the swimming pool beyond out over the rice terraces and presents the perfect opportunity to enjoy a casual meal or sunset cocktails crafted from Indonesian ingredients. We also offer crisp wines and local beers to savour whilst watching the sun set and the day draw to an end. As our restaurant is situated within our hotel grounds and we are an adults only resort, we are unable to accept guests under the age of 16 years.
