Started in 2015 by a few dedicated chefs with a passion for good food, Bondi Grille is the epitome of relaxed, delicious, high quality dining. Originally from Brazil, the Bondi Grille boys have over 30 years of combined hospitality experience and have worked in some of the best restaurants and steak houses in Australia and around the world. After more than 15 years of living and working all over Australia, Armando, Nicolas and Junior decided to make the beautiful Gold Coast home and turn their life-long dream into a reality. The doors of Bondi Grille Coolangatta opened in 2015, Bondi Grille Uluwatu in 2017 and Bondi Grille Burleigh in 2018. Perfect Food and Service.The Bondi seems to be somehow together with the Nau Tapioca, so you can enjoy the best of both locations.
The food here is so yummy! The portions are very generous and so delicious – definitely try the Haloumi! The staff are very friendly and accommodating and the atmosphere is lovely, we went back twice in two days. Would definitely recommend.
