The Shed Bali is Sheddy Carpenter's dream to revive Balinese cultural life, with a bamboo hut style shelter, a place to quench your thirst and hunger on the edge of the Ubud-style rice fields in decade 80's, which is colored by green nature, elegant bamboo structures, nighttime fireflies and sincere smiles from the villagers. The Shed Bali also offers an international menu of chef's creations then served with the warmth of the family in order to exceed the wishes of the customer.
