Its delectable meat stays juicy and tender, but its outer rind is a fun-biting crunch. This tasty Filipino delicacy, easy and uncomplicated, is a celebrated treat. Few things whet the appetite like well-rendered Crispy Pata. Served with a soy-vinegar sauce or sambal matah, this mouth-watering traditional fare pleases the palate, warms the tummy and conquers the heart. Designed in warung chic fashion, with the top floor overlooking ricefields and the SILQ Kerobokan luxury villas, Crispy Pata seats 84 comfortably and is open from 7am-11pm., serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. This Asian Caf also serves a varied selection of Asian dishesincluding soups, salads and other regional favorites for a group, couples and solo pork-lovers. Another feature of the newly vamped restaurant, is the refreshing Es Campur bar, offering sweet and cool Indonesian shaved ice and jellies. Crispy Pata opened on February 2010, as the only Asian Gourmet style restaurant in the area highlighting Philippine Cuisine.
