The name Miura comes from Don Eduardo Miura who was known for producing the fiercest fighting bulls in Spain. Located in a busy intersection along the iconic Dhyana Pura street Miura is a popular dining destination of many surrounding premium hotel and villa guests. Since 2015 we have become very popular for our Spanish Basque style Tapas & Pintxos platter. Our Spanish style BBQ technique using the Josper oven has become one of our trade mark section in our menu. All our barbecues are cooked in a 450 degrees enclosed oven made of Spanish metal operated by our oven master with years of experience ensuring juicy and tender cuts on your plates. Make sure you try out our 500g 20 days dry aged Prime Rib. For the more adventurous guests we have an international menu which feature some of Indonesia's local flavours & regional Asian cuisine such as Balinese Pork Belly with Sambal Matah & world famous Beef Rendang.
