Warung Basang: Traditional & Halal Balinese Restaurant with true Balinese taste that comes from family recipes. We provide full menu from appetizer, main course, and dessert. Customers can order in two ways: To choose from the vast selection of dishes in food display directly or they can pick the menu package. Warung Basang serves variety of staple Balinese traditional / home cook menu such as Chicken Betutu (Ayam Betutu), Green Chilli Duck (Bebek Cabe Ijo), Traditional Fish Soup (Sup Kepala Ikan), Balinese Satay (Sate Lilit), and Shredded Chicken with Onions (Ayam Sitsit Bawang) as well as selection of traditional sambals as well. For dessert we provide a variety of traditional Balinese snacks such as Banana Steam (Pisang Rai), Black Sticky Rice (Ketan Hitam), Traditional Fruit Salad (Rojak) and others. Our special drinks such as Ice Lemon Sugar (Es Gula Lemon), Balinese coffee, and Fresh Juice. Fully air-conditioned rooms are available on the ground floor, we also provide a lounge area and traditional food stalls. While on the 1st floor is a comfortable smoking area with a balcony facing the front of the restaurant. Our interior focus is to give the customer comfort, home ambiance and there are lots of relics and article from the owners-own grandparents house. For breakfast we are not only serve the traditional menu but also mix with modern fusion among others like Honey Lemon Shot, Infused Water, Fruit Platter, Steam Tubers, Traditional Porridge, Tipat Tjantok and others. For a selection of alcohol beverages we have local Beer, Arak Bali (upon request), and Ice Lemon Spirit (a mixture of local vodka and ice lemon sugar)
