We are excited to offer you our environmentally friendly restaurant! Providing fresh and delicious food is a priority for farm-to-table restaurant like us. Our fresh food arrives daily from several sources; our own organic garden, the Bali Organic Association and reliable individual farmers. We also make efforts to optimize the preservation of our environment. For example we endeavor to use supplies and furniture made of recycled material where possible. We also have a composting program for our bio-degradable waste, a tree planting program and we minimize the use of plastic. We take the time to prepare meals fresh for you, so you will always enjoy the best possible taste and quality. We hope that we can contribute to an enjoyable experience in Bali for you.
