Our concept is a steakhouse restaurant which offer the various type of meat with the butchery facility inside. We categorize our meat based on country of origin (USA, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand), their cutting (Striploin, Tenderloin, Rib Eye, Porter House and T-Bone) and by grade/marbling differences (2-12). Meat Me Steakhouse and Butchery was first launched in April 18th, 2013 at Lippo Mall Kemang Village. Currently we already have 4 branches in different locations (Lippo Mall Kemang Village, The Breeze BSD City, Menteng Square Apartment and Mall Kota Kasablanka) and we are expanding more! "Fresh Meat" is our prior commitment. We always serve the fresh meat for our value customer. All meats are imported through the air and over the sea; this is to guarantee the quality of the meat. Moreover, we have our own production house to produce our imported meat to our special products, such as Homemade Dry Aged Beef and Homemade Sausages. Dry Aged Beef is one of our best products. We process the meat in a special technique to keep the right temperature and humidity for exactly 28 days, so it will produce the best tender meat. Home Made Sausages are our signature creation which presents 40 different kinds of flavors such as Beef, wagyu, lamb, veal, chicken, and salmon. It consists of cooked sausages and fresh sausages. Our sausages are processed using the best quality of meat and spices, without any flour and preservatives. It is 100% meat. Last but not least, our mission is to educate people, especially steak-lovers to understand the quality of meat and the taste of real steak.
