Wow, this one is something. It’s rare to find traditional noodles or ‘bakmi’ in Banyumas. It’s traditionally cooked, and yet it’s so yummy. Next time i’ll bring my family pack to try it
Bakmi is a traditional noodles from java. Bakmi Gareng Banyumas is so unique, because it cooked by pawon (the traditional cooking appliance with firewood) which makes different taste from other bakmi. Currently, Bakmi Gareng also available at Bakmi Gareng restaurant in Purwokerto.
