In fact most of the ingredients we use are sourced locally and imported from specially selected Japanese suppliers, along with much of the cookware and a pretty special Sake list.It all helps remind to keep things simple and authentic - The Grill uses only bincho charcoal to ensure tenderness of every meat have been served and it would be definitely melt down in your mouth.
