Blue marlin restaurant is designed to be your "hub" in Labuan Bajo, Flores. Here you can scope the net, check the panoramic sunset, recharge after a dive trip and mix good times with good people. An extensive range of tapas-like platters and main courses will ensure all appetites and tastes are catered too. Our food philosophy is Cali-Mex with a few local favorites, using fresh local ingredients with the help of the local guys. Did someone mention vegetarian?
