Komodo Kitchen sits on the hill, along the one way traffic in Labuan Bajo Town. Weather you choose to sit in our indoor air-condition area or our outdoor, under our traditional WaeRebo roof, you get a beautiful view of the harbour. We serve authentic Asian and Asian Fusion cuisine, from Thai, Chinese to Indian & Singapore food. The cozy, home feeling of Komodo Kitchen is my kitchen away from home. Cooking and serving all the yummy dishes without a wall barrier... Hence, anyone can have a peak over the counter to see what is going on, or have a chat with us while we cook. From home brewed ginger & chai tea, freshly baked herb bread, croissants to gluten free pancakes, pasta & rice noodles, everything is prepared fresh at our Kitchen. From our organic farm in Melo plus produce from local markets & other farms in Flores, we use lots of fresh herbs, spices and vegetables in all our dishes. My favourite must try dishes is The Singapore Laksa, a coconut base soup with rice noodles that packs a punch with its awesome flavor and spiciness. The Black pepper and Ginger Fish is a simply-must try, and the Steam Fish with Lemongrass, Ginger and Shitake mushroom, the fragrant and taste is just amazing. Our other popular dishes are the Indian Vegetable Keema, Pad Thai and Curry fused Risotto with seasonal vegetables...
