It was 2010 when we discovering the beauty of Labuan Bajo, a small fishing town and hidden natural paradise, inspiring the founder - Chef Patron Marco Bertini, to bring Italian traditions in cooking and growing organic produce in this area. We are proud to be the first Italian restaurant in the province and work closely with local farmers, educating them about healthy organic produce. Everything we do is from scratch, from the heart, and to the highest standards.
