About

Eating is one of those earthly pleasure experiences that, if paired correctly with the right meals, has much to contribute to the quality of our everyday lives. And that is something weve personally experienced and as providers, believe in, and aspire to promote. It was in June 2009, that we first set out to conceive our Al Manasib Catering Co. and it's Bouba Restaurant from Lebanon. This was with the intent to cook, serve and continue to enjoy with our guests, family, and friends, the carefully selected mix of fresh seasonal produce, as we have done for many years back home. And to accompany that intent, we brought along those soulful pairs of gentle hands that crafted them into, the healthy, lighter versions, of our old school Lebanese and contemporary homemade dishes we grew up with. Our core is a family run business, which is why we choose to keep things close to the kitchen. With that foundation, we set out to grow our business Over the course of the past six years, we have had the pleasure of serving our varied clientele affordable upper end home cooked food in a warm and hospitable environment. Excelling in that has allowed us to become a popular dining choice; whether for business lunches, friends coming to meet, or calling to place an order for delivery. Our key to success has been the personalised service that we provide, coupled with the ability to consistently deliver premium tasting healthy dishes. Bouba's ever evolving "A la Carte Menu" and the extended variety on our "Plat du Jour Menu" has kept clients returning for that mouth-watering experience. Special Events The ability to extend that 'personalised' service outside of the restaurant, has allowed us to establish our group as a reliable partner for executing special events. Our team's extensive background in Event Management has helped pave the way for successfully executing high profile events and social functions to date.
