Hubs had read about Doughboys pizza so we ventured there for a yummy dinner and not only was the food enjoyable I just loved the friendly atmosphere and real community vibe. High quality ingredients and just a genuinely cool place to be with their whole ethos of pizza for the people and fun dining not fine dining, a really great concept.
Great sandwiches. The ingredients are fresh and the service is friendly! We had a great lunch here. Will definitely be back. I had the vegetarian sandwich (the roots)- I highly recommend this one!

Nice lunch spot with tasty sandwiches, salads and soups 🙂 Really enjoyed this place, have been twice on one week! I have yet to try the raved meatball sambo but the chicken and avocado one is good!
Doughboys is closest sandwich place to my office so I’m in once or twice a week just out of convenience. The first time I went I left slightly underwhelmed by a meatball sambo. However the place was only open a week and since then I’ve seen it go from strength to strength. The sandwiches are never boring. The guys genuinely seem to care about what they are doing and it goes into the sandwiches. Makes me enjoy giving them my custom. They have a great range of sandwiches, my favourite being the California Chicken which is chicken, avocado, BBQ chips and chipotle sauce sandwich. Just one delicious sandwich! They do a porchetta sandwich on Thursdays and Fridays which is a real treat. Also there is a weekly special sandwich – I’ve seen a Mac and cheese one! They have also nailed down getting people their lunch fast which is crucial when you’re looking for a take away sandwich. Bold statement but they’ve overtaken the Green Bench for me. Get in soon before lovindublin does a post on them and mental queues begin!
