I love old man pubs. But this takes the biscuit. Step in here and you abandon any sense of the D4 postcode, notions, cocktails and any remnants of the Celtic Tiger. A vast space peppered with the odd local enjoying their daily pint of the black stuff. Wouldn’t stop for the night here but refreshing break from the emerging crop of hipster and craft establishments. Back to basics at its best!
