I always get my craft beers in the Mchughs off licence and had been wanting to try the restaurant in Raheny for a while. I went on a Sunday evening and wasn’t disappointed! Lovely little place and food was amazing from starter to dessert. Reasonably priced and the cocktails were top quality.I’ll be back (after January!!). Steak Tuesday special offer
I’ve been been going here at least annually for the past 7 years or so and it never fails. The restaurant is hidden gem. The chicken wings are delicious and they alter the menu every season so there is always something different to chose from. The last time I was here I opted for the dish of the day which was duck breast on colcannon mash with jus. The duck breast was succulent and cooked to perfection, the mash was smooth and jus complemented the dish beautifully. The decor is always clean and the staff are friendly and efficient. I’d recommend this restaurant to anyone.
A hidden gem, a real favorite with the locals, as is made obvious when you try to get a table last minute on the weekend!book early. Mchughs whilst tucked in out of the way does everything right without fuss or pomp. Top class simple food at great value. Their chicken wings are one of the best in Dublin and a firm favorite with patrons and the steaks are cooled to perfection. Great staff, friendly and accommodating.
