Went here for my friends graduation to celebrate was so busy and a good buzz. Got a few bottles of prosecco was great fun. Right in the heart of town.
My family and I go to the Shelbourne quite frequently because we love it so much there! I love having a drink here before/after I have dinner in ‘The Saddle Room’, which is their main restaurant. There’s always a great atmosphere in this bar. It’s a nice spot to have a glass of champagne or a cocktail in. When I have lunch in here I always opt for the prawn cocktail because the prawns here are so pleasing to the palette! The club sandwich is also very tasty!
Have only been in for drinks when it’s been very busy, but don’t know when it’s ever not!This place has a good buzz and service, barmen and waitresses, is of the high quality you would expect of the Shelbourne.The cocktail menu is expansive, but I don’t seem to be able to pull myself away from their signature No. 27 cocktail made with woodford reserve rye, Benedictine, lemon juice, honey and bitters. God it’s good.Great spot to call in to for a few if you’re down that side of the city.
