Toast could do with getting a revamp! It smells a bit funky when you go in like beer has dried into the carpet. The staff are friendly and attentive. The food is just ok, I’d like to see more options on the menu.
Toast is a pretty nice spot for a casual bite to eat. It’s a cafe/ bar so the menu isn’t as diverse as that of a restaurant. The early bird menu of two courses for €14.50 is quite good and the chicken wings are A1.
I guess the best way to describe Toast is that it’s just ok! I normally pop in here while on the way to the Cinema for a drink. Couldn’t see myself here all night and the food is regular bar food, both in terms of options and taste.
