Vici is a dream-come-true for chef and owner Idan Ianovici, who planned the menu is such a way that illustrates his unique life story. Through the menu items, he takes the diner on a culinary voyage which starts with him running around the pots and pans as a child in his grandfather's successful restaurant. His story continues with his parents' move to New York and his growing up in the culinary-cosmopolitan abundance that the city had to offer; his Aliya directly into the IDF, where he served as a lone soldier; his culinary trips to Australia and New Zealand; and his work in catering for Israel's rich and famous and in the kitchens of other Israeli chefs.
